How It Works
Investments are not processed online. Every HANBF investor goes through a structured vetting process designed to protect both the investor and the mission.
Schedule a 30-minute consultation with the HANBF team. We'll discuss your investment interests, capacity, and alignment with our active projects. This is where the relationship begins.
Upon acceptance, further meetings and conferences are scheduled. The Internal Review Board begins its due diligence process, reviewing investor background, capacity, and project fit.
Final contracts are drawn up and signed only after full vetting by both the Great Governing Council and the Internal Review Board. All agreements comply with US and Haitian law.
Once fully vetted and contracted, your investment is activated and aligned with the specific project. You receive regular updates and remain connected to the HANBF governance structure throughout.

This process typically takes 6 months to 1 year. HANBF's standard is "Standard before Infrastructure", we build awareness and education first, then infrastructure, to ensure every investment is secured on solid ground. Investments are never processed at hanbf.org.
